Our warranty
Our warranty applies to the quality and functionality of our products manufactured standard. If you receive a product that is broken, not as described, or not performing to what has been outlined in the description, please reach out to our customer service department.
Please note many of our products are specifically for 1-time events and seasonality, direct replacement might not be available. In the event the product is discontinued or not available, we will replace with the next closest product in retail value.
